What We Promise You

No Upfront Fees – Ever

We never charge any upfront fees. Neither do our verified sellers.
If any verification or inspection services are required,

those are initiated and paid directly by the buyer to the selected service provider.

Documentation & Compliance

To protect all parties and ensure legal integrity:

  • Buyers must submit a CIS/KYC for the legal entity entering into the transaction.
  • We confirm that sellers are title holders of the product before proceeding.
  • We do not share Proof of Product (POP) documents until the transaction reaches the appropriate stage. POP becomes relevant only once there is a committed buyer and mutually accepted terms.

Matching Buyer & Seller Procedures

Every seller has their own standard procedures.
Every buyer has their own targets.

Our role is to align those expectations, facilitating a mutually acceptable, compliant transaction procedure
— with full transparency from both sides.

Deal Finalisation

Once payment is confirmed and the product is released, the deal is concluded — either as a spot transaction or the start of a repeat contract (weekly or monthly volumes).

Understanding Transaction Procedures

We have access to multiple Sellers. It is important to note Sellers’ / Refinery Procedures are Non-Negotiable as they operate within strict procedural guidelines that cannot be altered.

Proof of Product (POP) Requirements

Proof of product is not provided without buyer commitment and investment, either in the form of:

  • Proof of active storage,
  • Payment security (BCL or similar) or
  • Active shipping logistics

Buyer’s Readiness to Transact

It is crucial that buyers demonstrate they are Ready, Willing, and Able (RWA) to transact in accordance with the Seller’s requirements. Should buyers be unable to demonstrate their RWA, no offer can be secured or presented to them.

Protection Against Non-Serious Buyers

We have extensive experience dealing with resellers who seek proof of product for marketing purposes rather than genuine transactions. Under no circumstances will proof of product be provided prematurely.

Secure Confidential Information

An NCNDA (Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement) must be executed to protect shared business information, safeguard proprietary information and ensure that all parties adhere to ethical business practices.

Verification of Product & Title Holder

We often request an ATV from the Seller, after signing the CI, as an additional layer of assurance to a Buyer to verify the product in tank as offered by the Seller. The physical ATV is conducted through a 3rd party before the Buyer will engage to next steps. This verification is paid for by the Buyer directly to an independent 3rd party contracted to him. Where the outcome of the ATV is successful, the Buyer immediately moves forward and pays for the product, the Seller will transfer title holder of the product.
The buyers’ evacuation plan can then be set in motion.

At Fuel Reach, we operate strictly within the boundaries of international law. We do not engage in transactions involving sanctioned jurisdictions, entities, or products. All parties must undergo appropriate due diligence, and we reserve the right to refuse participation in any transaction that does not meet our compliance standards.
